The Bonds call centre is staffed by an experienced team and with management supervision from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. The call centre operation is available to all clients in addition to the Bonds Customer Portal for online booking, proof of delivery, and account management capabilities. The Bonds call centre incorporates:
